Payments and delivery

Online payment with credit card

We accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. While making booking you will be prompted to enter your credit card number. After you confirm booking, you will receive your e-ticket or hotel voucher by email*. *within office work hours. Low-cost air tickets are being emailed immediately.

Credit card transaction fee LVL 0 - LVL 4 depending on airline. We accept all types of credit cards.

Delivery

- E-tickets (also low-cost airlines' tickets) will be emailed to you after they are paid. In this case delivery is not required.
- When paying by credit card, please make sure credit card holder's name fully corresponds with passenger’s name.

We do not make refunds for the unused tickets or hotel vouchers. So please make sure passengers' details are correct before you confirm booking.
